While executing a search warrant
at the residence of a suspected narcotics dealer, under the dangerous and
stressful conditions and with imminent personal hazard to life, Corporal
Tilton became engaged in combat with an armed adversary, resulting in the
suspect’s take-down, which greatly assisted in protecting the lives of the
officers and securing entry to the building.
