The Juvenile Bureau:
- Investigates crimes committed by juveniles.
- Provides counseling to juveniles and their families as a means of intervention before undesirable conduct escalates.
- Prepares juvenile cases for court.
- Works closely with Project Access, the Division of Youth and Family Services, and the Union County Prosecutor’s Office Juvenile Division.
- Works in concert with the administration and faculty of the schools to address student conduct and problems in the school buildings.
